Visual Sociology is, in my opinion and in my way, the kind of bricollage theorycrafting Claude Levi-Strauss wrote about. I like thinking of sociologists as part of society, instead of just standing aside and theorising. I want to immerse into society, be society, and do sociology as our activist predecessors like Hine did.
