Matrimony

Greg Scott

Matrimony

This observational ethnographic film ("ethnografilm") chronicles the daily lives of Diablo Steve and Sapphire Pam, a homeless and heroin-dependent married couple. We follow Steve and Pam as they go about their normal daily routine, which includes stopping by a "shooting gallery" where they inject their "medicine,” plying their panhandling hustle at a busy intersection, and finally securing space at a homeless shelter, where they attempt to get some relief in a momentary and fleeting semblance of “home.”

- "It is certainly a strange sociological occurrence when a group of die hard fans can passionately hate a player on a rival team and then cheer for the same player following a trade to their team of choice"

Nothing Matters Everything Matters - 15 mins

Something has happened to set Tim Andrews on a different path. This film offers a symbolic exploration of Tim's identity; sharing his vulnerability, transformation and liberation. In a playful way 'Nothing Matters Everything Matters' asks, is there a little of the spirit of a liberated dancer in us all?
