2023 IVSA Conference Registration

Important: To be included in the program, speakers must register in full by April 25 2023. All delegates must be IVSA members. Registration fee includes opening reception, lunches, coffee breaks, snacks, & conference material.

The cost of registration is calculated based on your country (this is auto generated using the details your account was created with). There is a discount for students.

General Attendance Registration will remain open throughout event. Please make sure to read our guide to travel and local information before booking.

One day passes

This year we also have a number of one day passes. In the past we have been asked by speakers if we can have these passes for family members and friends to allow them to come and see specific presentations.

Please note: these passes are not intended for speakers. To be a speaker at the IVSA conference you must be a member of the IVSA and buy a full conference ticket.
